At The Coop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to our international fulfillment model, please review our return policy carefully.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Products without original packaging

Return Process

  2. We'll provide return instructions and address
  3. Package items securely with all original materials
  4. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International return shipping typically ranges from $15-30 USD. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Processing & Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your package
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund including original shipping costs.
